Stop Putting Off Helping Others

I used to think about how when I get rich, or at least when I have enough money, I will start spending it on others. But I came to a realization not too long ago that such thinking is so naive, and to start helping others is not something you should put off. Helping others is about giving what you have now, whether you have more or less than what you need. Helping is about spreading happiness, and not giving others something that you have more than what you need. I am not saying to give your last bowl of rice to another person, but sometimes people cannot see the difference between 'enough' and 'excessive'.

Well, At least that is what I think about what helping means to me. It is about giving others and (eventually) yourself joy; and I don't see a reason why shouldn't I spread little bits of happiness throughout this miserable, incredibly mortifying thing we call life.. or is this way of thinking is, too, naive?
